The grounds, the quietness, the stars(!) and the host made for a satisfying end of summer getaway. Tammy was a great host; responsive and accomodating! We selected a remote Airstream online but decided to switch to another RV closer to the other cabins onsite. There were a few other campers around during our 3 week days there but we were well dispersed and we generally felt on our own. We loved the setup of the campground with several lodging options to choose from as well as tent spaces for future visits. Our dogs had a good time as well. The river was low, as was expected during drought time but this in no way took away from the charm. We hope to return after a good bout of rain with the whole family! Lots of opportunity for family gatherings, campfires and memory making.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The RV site had plenty of room and no issues with power or water. The drive in the park isn't paved, but we had no issues getting our 32 ft. RV in and out. Very close walk down to the water with spectacular views of the Texas sunset. Our RV Host was very nice and we definitely will be marking this location for future visits.

Our 2nd trip to this beautiful RV spot. Great location to park and camp. Very roomy area for family gatherings. Bathrooms and showers were great, always clean and serviced; lots of hot water. Trails and roads spacious and clearly marked. Management staff, hospitable, responsive and accommodating. Had a GREAT time! π Will certainly make it back there again!

Great RV Park! I normally don't write reviews, but this place is wonderful. The vibe is low key and serene, the scenery is beautiful, and Tammy and her crew are charming and always ready to help. I hope I can return someday, with an RV this time, and for a longer visit. We stayed in one of the cabins and were completely comfortable--and getting to see the lunar eclipse was a huge bonus!

RV spots are $35 a night for river front (1-5) or $200 a week, and $30 for the all the other spots (11-38) or $175 a week or $400 a month. Tent spots are $20-$25. The tiny house is $95 a night, and the Airstreams and big cabin are all $120 a night.
Yes!! Tables, pits, and usually hammocks provided.
There is a 20 acre island directly in front of our property where ATVs are allowed. Theyβre welcome to and from our property at a 5 mph speed limit.
