Guest dosed for methadone here & it was my first time ever guest dosing anywhere. My counselor is new too, so there was some issue with my paperwork. However, the lady at check in was very nice & helpful. They immediately got ahold of my clinic and took care of the situation. I was in and out, within approximately 30 minutes. The clinic was clean and there seemed to be steps in place, in order to prevent covid. I would definitely recommend this location for treatment. Thanks!

Have had a great experience. Staff is friendly and very pro. Not judging and no bad attitudes. Everyone genuinely seems to enjoy their job at this place. The medical staff are top notch and take what they do seriously. It's a MAT clinic with Methadone and Suboxone offered.

They do both Methadone and Subutex therapy I've never had any major problems with them at all. They've always been quite fair and understanding. I initially moved over to this center from linwood because it was much closer but I've since moved now, even though the linwood clinic is a bit closer now I'm sticking with these folks. The lines may not move as quickly and there's only 1 not 2 windows, however with that said just about everything else about the Hefner clinic is simply put.... far better
