We order regularly from hungry Howies in Chiefland. This time we ordered 2 salad’s and cheese bread. It took 20 minutes to get our order and a salad was totally wrong. We called and spoke with the manager who told us. “I didn’t realize that I didn’t put everything on it I was just trying to get it done.” They told me they would remake it and send it out. We waited for over an hour to get our dinner. When we called back to find out where our salad was we were told “we had other orders that needed to be delivered first.” To me this is horrible customer service when a manager is rude and doesn’t seem to care about their customers.

Well I'm pretty sure that if they were to do that then people would assume that the howies in old town delivered and would cause confusion for customers which in the end would be counter intuitive to the statement at hand.
