I got the royal beard shaving and it was an incredible experience. Matt did a wonderful job and I would go back again. Treat yourself (specifically your beard and face) to a magnificent and relaxing treatment. 10/10

Great atmosphere right when you walk in. Everyone was very knowledgeable and my cut looked great! They also have a good selection of natural products! Hit this place up!

After visiting another shop and getting the worst cut of my life, Izzy at Rosemont truly saved the day. He took a bad haircut and make it into something I could be proud of attending a wedding later that night. The time and care he put in was worth every penny and I can't recommend him enough.

Will I be charged if I cancel and/or reschedule my appointment?

You will not be charged if you cancel your appointment outside of our 1 hour cancellation policy. If you try canceling within one hour of your appointment time, the system will not allow you to do so. You can view our shop policies at rosemontbarbershop.com/policies. If you cancel before one hour of the appointment time you have not been charged yet, nor will be as it charges 30-45 minutes before the appointment time. If you reschedule your appointment, your stored payment will roll over to the rescheduled appointment.

How am I charged for my appointment?

You will be charged 30-45 minutes before the appointment time. It will automatically charge and you will be notified of the charge. If for any reason the payment didn’t go through you will get an email letting you know.

How does your waitlist option work?

You must select your barber and service first. It must be a day that barber is scheduled to work, and doesn’t have any time left available that day for that specific service. You will see a green “Put me on the waiting list” button appear. You will put in all of your information including payment information. You will ONLY be charged unless you take and book an appointment. You cannot book “choose any professional” as you sign up for a specific barbers waitlist. You can join every barbers waitlist, but you’ll do so individually for each barber. If someone cancels it’ll notify you immediately giving you 10-15 minutes to click the link texted to you and take or turn down that appointment. After that 10-15 minute time frame it will move on to the next person in line on the waitlist (if multiple people are signed up for a barber). A wait list is created and it will notify those who signed up first and work its way down the list.
