One Sunday 8/21/22 at 1:30pm I called and spoke with Perfect the owner and she said she will call me back around 5:30pm to tell me if I can come or not I said ok because I live about 40 minutes away. At 5:30 I receive a phone call from Perfect and she told me to come now. So I gathered my belongings because I was already dressed and waiting for her call This is not my first time going to her shop I have been there before and she did the same thing with "I will call you when I am ready" !! So I proceed to leave around 5:45pm and I got on the highway. At 6:00pm I received a call from Perfect asking me where I am at?? I told her I was 10 minutes away and she "sighs " and hangs up. When I arrived at 6:15 the shop was closed and she left. When I proceeded to call her she did not pick up my phone calls. What kind of business owner does that??? When she called me at 6:00pm she should have told me she cannot wait anymore and tell me she was leaving. I did text her to let her know she was wrong what she did and I came all the way to Newburgh on a Sunday at 6pm and did not get any services done. There are many other African Hair Braiding places all around Hudson Valley. She lost a good customer and I will never go back ever again! She really showed me what type of person she really is! I am worth so much more as a customer!!!
