I was referred to Marshak Medical Group by another doctor. The doctors (e.g., Dr. Reale and Dr. Marshak) were warm/friendly and knowledgeable. I've been treated several times for Asthma and received my COVID booster shot from there. However, when the doctors are too busy to talk and they haven't seen you in awhile, you have to schedule follow-up visits in order to request refill of medication.

Understaffed reception takes forever to reach by phone, talks over you, and comes across snarky and lacking empathy. Had a 48 hour delay in refilling prescriptions. Cancelled my asthma prescription without notice. Improper immunization record keeping, and billed my insurance for a vaccine I was never given. Nurse jumps to conclusions without gathering adequate patient history. Would not recommend.

Even though we were there for 4-5 years, we never liked the doctor. She was very intimidating. My daughters also didn't like her because she rushed the appointment.
