The tech who drew my blood was fantastic as explained below. However, I had my bloodwork done in December 2021. Today, for the very first time, I finally received my results. So, 10 months later, I am receiving my results and am getting billed. I think we can all agree that 10 months later, your results are unhelpful. Multiple hours were spent on the phone with customer service, to no avail. Three separate times, I was told the results would be uploaded same day. I will never use Labcorp again. Now regarding the tech, I have come to this location twice now. Lisa has drawn my blood both times. The second time, I specifically requested her as I have never had someone draw my blood so effortlessly and painlessly.

Lisa was excellent tech! I always have difficulties. They pinched me again and again. Lisa went in one time!!! Thank you Lisa! I will go back again!!

Made an Appointment and arrived 30 mins early. Did mobile check-in since I’m high risk and waited for 1 hour and 30 mins just for a small test. Called the office multiple times and no one picked up or texted me to come in and get my test done. Horrible experience especially for people needing to get test done. Will definitely avoid this location since I’ve never had any problems with any other location for Labcorp in the past.

Worst experience ever. Came in at 3:15 for the appointment I scheduled online for drug testing. Before coming in, I called three times and NOBODY answered the phone at all. Therefore, I relied online for the correct hours as it states 7-4. I came in and the desk lady’s were outrageously rude especially Erica. She was so rude and passive aggressive and made the experience literally terrible. She said the hours were posted online for drug screening when they clearly aren’t. Will never return to this place as a healthcare worker as the workers are not understanding nor emphatic.
