For a non smoker going in to pick up gifts this was difficult. They do not have a contained smoking area, and after waiting 10 minutes for the staff to finish a debate with another customer about life in general, I had such a strong odor from the shop that I needed to go home and shower, and it took 2 days to get the smell from my car/seatbelt. In response: that is a great option and I am very pleased to know that's available. THANK YOU!

We love Top Shelf Cigar! Jim Cronin, the owner, is extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products he sells. He is great at helping to pick out a gift of cigars or accessories when you have no idea what to get. He is also very friendly and always willing to lend a hand...and quite a talented musician. When you buy a cigar, stay a little and chat especially if you are a jazz fan.
