Quiet time seems to mean absolutely nothing to people these days. The people that pulled in next to us at 11pm and unload their truck decided to stay outside and talk and have a good ole time. Rv park overall was nice and staff was helpful on other questions. Since being in florida we have had nothing but noisy neighbors. Thought everyone was on the more seasonal and calmer side down here. Wrong.

Uncaring staff, right on I75, the traffic noise is horrendous. We paid for a 4 mo. stay beginning in December, they refused to move us even though I was trying to recuperate from back surgery. And there was CONSTRUCTION on I75 beginning before 7 am each morning. The neighbor’s sewer line was directly by our crumbling patio ASPHALT slab. Lot not clean at move in. Mowing contractor sliced open our raw sewage line and the office said it wasn’t their problem-they contracted company, residents don’t. I could go on & on. Neighbors were great for the most part, large pool clubhouse was a good amenity. Do not rent spots 5035 or 5036, the fence was broken and transients came in and out and used facilities. Not recommended, many permanent residents, over the age of 75. Horrible experience for a first time snowbird. Go somewhere else, you’ll be happy you did!!!

The resort does not do rentals. There are rental units but are managed privately.

Yes it is, however it does not have a play area for young kids. It does have 2 pools, ping pong, pool table, horse shoes and a small library.

This is an RV Resort with park models and RV sites. Tent camping is allowed during the months of April through September. Call the office for details.
