So I feel like you guys should not support them and deal with that.....

So impressed with this company! Walked in and instead of selling me something I didn’t need, he fixed my phone absolutely free. So glad to see a good, honest business. I will be taking my devices to this company whenever a problem arises.

The guy working there was really nice. My problem is when I called to get a quote for a screen repair I was told $220. When I got to the store I was told there was a mistake and the price was $265 (he'd just got off the phone with whomever gives the prices). I was a little upset but really needed to get my phone fixed so I agreed to that price. I put half down and left the store. About 10 minutes later i get a call from the store stating that they had given me the wrong price again and the cost was actually $365! The lady giving him the prices didn't have get glasses on and misread. At this point it's almost 5 o clock on a Friday and I won't be able to even get anything done till Monday. The lady stated she couldn't honor that price even though I paid and agreed to it nor would she give me a discounted price.
