E.R Parking attendants morning shift are nasty! When it so crowded people trying to go out and in specially early morning, no one is there to help. No Customer service and professionalism .parking office are not helping as well. They don’t care.Not recommended.

Definitely wasn't planning on making a post but after being here for 11 hours, I've got to say, this is pretty pitiful. I fell on the sidewalk and hit my head. I got an xray and CT scan reasonably soon but nothing. My head hurts, I'm dizzy, and seeing spots but somehow, I'm not waiting the longest. Oh, and my hand looks like a plum. I never want to be first in an emergency room, but a full half day is ridiculous. Please go somewhere else.

I have been here several times for serious concerns, and the staff has always been prompt as possible, kind, and compassionate. One of the residents sat with me when she told me my leg had to be amputated, and wouldn't leave until my husband arrived. He is there now, and despite the pandemic, and idiocy fro people who really need a primary care provider, I wouldn't have him go anywhere else. They get a lot of abusers of the true purpose of the ER, but care for them anyway.
