I called Stable today because there was an error in the charge. I was told to go see the supervisor When I went, they said she was in the break. I waited for more than an hour and she didn't show up. In the end, they claimed that she left home. It was such a bad experience that I would not have to deal with Staple in the future

The worst service ever. No one is there to assist you not even the manager. The machine charged me while I didn't get my copies, and no one is there to help you or even someone u could ask. I didn't get any refund and also without having my work get done. STAY AWAY !!!!!

Popped into my local Staples to get some items for work. The staff was friendly and assisted me in finding all of the items I needed. A sales person by the name of “Naipaul” was a pleasure to work with. Was able to ring up my items and get me out of the store so quickly. Thanks “Naipaul” for helping me find what I needed on a busy back to school afternoon of shopping.

Needed some printing done for my wedding. Wanted to print the place cards. Walked in and a guy told me that the woman who did the printing was on break and it would be 10 minutes. We walked around the store. We waited for a total of 40 minutes before the guy ahead of us was helped. We repeatedly asked what was going on and were told she would be there in 1 min. The woman proceeded to take photos for a couple ( Based on the attire I assume they were dealt with first because they are of the same religion) who came in after us. I walked around the store to blow off some steam. I ended up stepping on a push pin that went through my shoe into my foot. The women was nice when were able to get help finally.
