Got a chicken deluxe sandwich that came with a single slice of cheese no lettuce or mayo. When to get it correct and got it back with lettuce all over it good but the mayo was just in a single massive pile on the edge of it. I also waited around 15 minutes for the food and had to also wait for another couple of minutes to get drinks. Customer service was very lacking u got ignored multiple times, but it I'd a McDonald's on the side of a highway so you get what you get.

My food was hot! That's great because some of the other locations in Brunswick are not very good. My only thing is they don't put napkins in the bag. It's very discourteous to not include a napkin with my food. I shouldn't have to remember to ask for it

I stopped here because it was right off the highway but did not expect to get such exceptional customer service! I went in and ordered at the kiosk. I got all the way through my order and got ready to swipe my card to pay when I noticed that the terminal was dead and not working. I started to turn around and find an employee, when an employee that was on break saw me having trouble. She did not hesitate to come over and see what the trouble was. After explaining the terminal was dead she took my receipt and had me pay at the register. She actually told me thank you for letting her know the terminal wasn’t working and that my food would be right up. I was so surprised by the speed and efficiency of the employee I didn’t catch her name. After helping me she went outside on the home to finish her break. If I lived closer I would be frequenting this location more often. Thank you for the awesome customer service and making me feel like a valued customer. I can honestly say I have never received my food so quickly and efficiently. Let alone having an employee help me on her break! Awesome job McDonalds, this employee is setting your restaurant apart from other ones.

McDonalds, we've gotta talk about this. First impressions upon opening my sandwiches were mixed. On one hand, it's impressive that you managed to burn an entire side of my food on a flat top grill. I'm not sure I'd be able to recreate such a feat. On the other hand, how do you send that sandwich though to your customer? I've gotta know the thought process here.
