Incompetence. Had a 9:30 appointment at one location and was told when I walked in at 9:25 that nobody is there and I would need to go to another location. Nobody called to redirect me ahead of time The staff’s of UNI in Westminster time is more valuable than mine. INCOMPETENCE. If the front staff is that incompetent what is the actual medical staff be like? Apparently in the first location the medical staff is not able to make a one minute call to let the front office know they are not coming in for the day. During the visit for a pre op they I needed an ekg. After several tries they figured out that they switch the arm and leg cables. Shall I mention incompetence. I would go to Express Care in Westminster but they do not do Pre Op Physicals. I would never go to U. N. I. Again.

Friendly, prompt, and efficient! I was diagnosed quickly and prescribed medication. You were there when I could not get in to see my regular doctor and it was the shingles!

Staff is friendly and helpful. We have been to this location on four different occasions this summer and every time was a positive experience.
