My fiancé and I took the Basic Firearms Safety Course on March 26th 2022 and I must say, we couldn’t have taken it with a better instructor. Mr. Paris took great patience with us novices in the gun world and made us leave the class with a world of confidence moving forward. I highly recommend everyone to attend this course on getting started. We are most definitely planning on expanding our knowledge and attending more advance classes in the future.

On January 26, 2021 my husband bought two tickets for this firearms class. He was going to surprise me with them later on. A week after, a family member got real sick and ill. We took care of him for months before he later unfortunately passed away from Covid. We had to deal with all the costs of the funeral. We were not going to be able to attend the class, and we decided not to attend it in the future as after the tragedy we went through as a family it made us realize what was more important. I emailed and explained this to the company. They refused to refund our money even though we let them know prior to the classes that we would not be able to attend. They told us to attend another class later on, which we were not going to. We were still grieving during that time so we had no mind to deal with them. We understand the rules that there are no refunds which is fine if you will attend a class in the future. However we were not going to be able to ever. I will still ask kindly of them to please take into consideration what we went through. This is not us trying to get away with anything. We NEVER received the service or went to any class. Therefore we paid for nothing and the company pocketed $110. I wish they had been more considerate. Life is unexpected and things like this happen. But we shouldn’t pay for something we never received.

The class was surpassing excellent. Mr. Rilveria is a highly skilled and kind instructor- the time will fly as you learn to use your weapon and stay on the right side of the law
