Their employee stole my skateboard out of the capital bikeshare warehouse on 12/16/21 while they were working. I want it back. My manager told me he even saw one of you riding it around the warehouse. If you want to remedy this situation I’d be more than happy to remove this review. I just want back my property that was stolen. Btw we have cameras all over the warehouse too. Pictured below is the grip tape on the stolen skateboard.

I would not recommend working with these folks if you have any emergency. Our house flooded and I was disappointed by Rob’s poor bedside manner as he refused to work with us. Their services are not covered by insurance. Find someone who cares to serve in your greatest time of need and it will not be these people. Wanted to support a local business and I’m very disappointed by the customer service here.

We had Livingston come out and replace batteries in a fire alarm monitoring console in an old row house in DC. They were really helpful and quick to answer questions over the phone, and were really flexible making and changing appointment times. Would definitely recommend.
