Worst service ever. I dropped off my package on Tuesday (10/05) and it never be sent to Usps. It's been more than a week. I stopped by the store and asked them. They said the Usps come to pick up every day. But it is still in MD now. They're lying. I read some comments that said they were in the same situation. The store lost the client’s package and no refund or damage compensation. It's horrible. People should beware of this store.

This is not the place for drop-off because you cannot get any receipt for your item. If they lost it, it is your fault. Additionally, the lady is so mean, rude, and unprofessional. Terrible experience ever!! DO NOT GO THERE.

I only used the place once and it was for a FedEx package. I was referred to the place by a USPS employee not far from that location but what I encountered at parcel plus was a very bad customer service and I wouldn't recommend it.
