UPDATE 6/8 : This issue has been going on for three days now. After numerous calls to my doctor and actually going to the pharmacy to talk with someone 4 times, I finally got a call from my doctor to go pick it up. I went to the pharmacy at 3:30 and the pharmacy was CLOSED because the pharmacist left. This particular pharmacy needs to get pharmacists to fully staff during normal pharmacy hours. Pharmacy has a lot of customers where a "pharmacist issue" should NOT be happening ....... The reason I went to the pharmacy was because when I have called to speak with someone, I've been put on hold 3 times continually waiting. So going there was the only way I could get something accomplished. I've been going to this particular pharmacy for over 17 years and the service was quite good. 12028 Majestic Blvd Hudson FL NOW, since staff changes in the pharmacy, the service has been terrible. Some staff members not very professional and at some times curt. They takes long to get a prescription filled or they don't have it and have to order it. Then when the Rx does come it takes forever to get it filled. I went to pick up an Rx, after waiting for it to come in. I had to wait for them to check the delivery and then fill it. THEN I was told I needed my doctor's authorization for this antibiotic. I called my doctor and was told the pharmacy was to call or fax over for the authorization, which they DIDN'T. Now I have to wait for God knows how long for this prescription to be filled......... I am not a fan of CVS or Walmart's pharmacies, but unless this pharmacy's performance and efficiency improves, I may consider my options

Today is 2-3-22 at 5:38 pm. Whoever the woman id working the pharmacy you are thee rudest woman on the planet. I’ve been on hold for 45 min and you literally picked the phone up said something not caring who’s on the line and hung up. You have no customer service. And you should be written up by corporate for the lack of care you have for your work and the customers. If you don’t like your job and are miserable don’t work there. But be nice to the people who’s path you cross

Pharmacy is a nightmare to deal with! Had a change in staff and it wasn't a good change! Sorry to write a negative review but the truth hurts! The fact that I was told that my script was received by a tech there but that they had to order my medicine and would take 2 days to get in was one thing. They never ordered the medicine and then turned around and said they never got the script and if I had not called 2 days later I would have been holding my breath till air ran out they would have never called me. Clueless. On another note thank you Duncan for getting to the bottom of thing's just Sorry I had to get you involved.

Are you talking like using a copier? If so I'm not sure. I know all Publixs have copiers
