Love the place. I do not feel as though I am stressed for time when I go in the gym for my workouts. The gym is not overly crowded during the times in which I choose to go to the gym. Everyone that attends the gym is helpful when asked and very respectful of everyone's workout sessions.

Not sure of the 6 week challenge benefit. I thought there would be nutritional education, meal planning and discussion, as well as group class activities. I received a meal plan by email, and have opportunity to do group classes. Not what I thought it would be.
