Exceptional service from greeting to end. I had two appointments and the second appointment I would have to wait an hour for the technician to arrive. Cece was my first technician and was so welcoming, efficient, gentle and kind. Afterward she let me know of the delay, and allowed me to sit and wait there. Shortly thereafter Cece took the initiative to assist me with my second appointment. I am grateful for her commitment to excellence in serving where there is a need.
