Where to start... The initial encounter with the waitress was unremarkable. We ordered two Raspberry flavored tea and an appetizer. They came within an acceptable amount of time. We then ordered the Bourbon St. Chicken and shrimp, one without mushrooms. We wanted the mash potatoes and a side of steamed Broccoli. What we got was two overly seasoned pieces of chicken, and hot, raw broccoli, no mashed potatoes, both with raw onions and mushrooms. The wife got 6 shrimp, I got 4. The waitress then pulled a Houdini. I had to go to the bar to refill my drink , and eventually the waitress reappeared. I asked the waitress if the cook could Steam the broccoli at which point she retreated to get the manager. The manager came over and said she would get us some steamed broccoli and be back in two minutes...9 minutes later, we asked for the check and left. As we were leaving, here comes the broccoli. Never will I ever return.

Haven't been into an Applebee's in a cpl years but traveling w a senior, they wanted too and have too say, the revamping of the menu, expanded options, etc, was a nice surprise. Giving 4 stars as the group all had a pleasant experience, food was well received and service was very good at this location.

Stopped here with the family on our way into Virginia and was told 30 minutes to be seated. We waited for almost an hour, seen parties leave but no one being seated, no tables being cleaned or prepped and at least 4 workers standing around conversating about doing hair. I noticed that every customer that came in was told the wait was going to be at least 45 minutes. It was obvious to me that the restaurant was filled with regulars from the town that just wanted to hang out take up tables drinking alcohol and that the workers did not want to seat any more customers. We left and went to Luca's down the street where we were immediately seated and treated greatly.

Every experience I have had here has been excellent. I normally am by myself so I chose to sit at the bar. The atmosphere is awesome. The bartender is always nice and helpful and is always available to the patrons. The food is always excellent and is cooked to my liking. Hostess staff is always friendly. Restaurant in general is clean and so are the bathrooms. Whenever I am in this area, this is my go to restaurant!
