The facility was clean and well maintained. So for that, they would get 5 stars. But the price is very high. It cost us almost $30/person for 90 mins of play. They charge $3.49 each if you need to get the trampoline socks on top of the $26 entrance fee, so if you already have your own, take them with you for sure and save the $. When we first got there, no one was really at the desks and it took a long time for anyone to figure out how to check us in. We were a family of 6, one kid going to a birthday party and I wanted to pay for the rest of us. I get that we can be a large and confusing group, but it just seemed like there was a bit of extra chaos. They kept sending us back and forth between the check-in desks. The areas of play were all monitored but it was very obvious that some employees took their job of watching the safety of the jumpers much more seriously than others. Overall, we would definitely go back regularly if the price were not so high and even as it us, we will probably visit again.

Jaz was an absolute GEM! Parents, if you’re throwing a party here, this is who you need. This was the most smooth sailing event that I have ever thrown for my kids. I was able to relax and actually be present with my kids and family and enjoy the party. From the time we got there until we left, we were accommodated and well taken care of. She even cooked the pizzas to perfection! 10/10 recommend!

Our party was amazing! Our host…Xavier was the absolute best and took amazing care of me and my bunch! I highly recommend having a party especially during the week cause there was hardly ANYONE there!

No u can pay in person do not go on sat nite unless u are a teenager it's not good 4 small kids just totally out of control I prefer jumpology becos staff take control an dont let the teenagers or kids just do what they want

Parents do not have to be present but they must sign a release which can be filled out in advance by them.
For 60 minutes it's $16, 90 minutes is $21, and 120 minutes is $26. There is also a $2.50 fee for sky socks for each person in your party who's jumping.
