Joe Budd pond is a FWC managed special needs and opportunities fishery, but it is open to the public under strict conditions. FWC website is the best way to get current regulations and bag limits. Joe Budd campground has a public fishing pier and concrete boat launch. Florida State regulations and Lake Talquin special regulations and bag limits apply there. Again I recommend checking out the Florida Wildlife Commission (FWC) official website to get updated information on any of the areas that you have interest in.
