Oil change was quick and easy. My car has a loud whirr when I don't add the additive and the people at Jiffy Lube guided me through the process of adding it to my oil change and advised when to request it in the future

Check your car before you pull off because they won’t do what they tell you they did. Told me they put air in all four of my tires as part of their “signature service” not one bit of air was put in any of my tires, interior was not vacuumed. If you don’t watch them they will charge you for services they didn’t perform. I had to go back and demand all the services included be performed. I honestly question if my oil and filter were changed like they were supposed to be. I’ve been coming here since December 2019 and I’ve always been pleased with what I thought was good service but now I’m not sure and will never come back because of the clear lack of integrity in their service.

No just drive there and get into line. It doesn't take long for your car to get in for services.

No they don't at that location but they may try to scam you into paying cash under the table for a radiator flush.
