They have been always good to me but, sometimes when there overloaded you need to expect the wait there only human and understand not everything can be always efficient.

This is a very busy store, and is for the most part understaffed. There is usually a line at the pharmacy and front checkout, more so after 5pm. The pharmacy will assist drive thru customers first even if you've been waiting in line inside longer. One time I was told that they couldn't even refill my medication before they closed, and that was around 5pm. I drove to a different cvs who filled it in 20mins. There has been many occasions when I went to buy a few items in the evening when they only have one cashier with a line of over a dozen people wrapped around back to the entrance. I wish my insurance would let me go back to Walgreens as they have better customer service and prices.

You are 24 hour store but you are closed at midnight? Why? And there is a printed sign that says you will be open at 7!! This is unexceptional
