Could not have been better. We needed a car quickly as ours had to go into the shop. We called, received a confirmation and picked it up the following day. Everyone was great and the car was in excellent condition. I ended up having to extend my use of the car for a week and was able to do that simply by calling the branch where I rented the car. We booked an economy car for $39.99 per day. When we went to pick up the car they did not have the right size car for us. The guy asked us to pick one of the two cars left. He did not inform us that we needed to pay extra for a bigger car despite the fact that it was their miscalculation and not to have the right size of the car we booked on the spot. He did not inform us about the fuel option either. He just told us to bring the car back with the same amount of gas and if not, Enterprise charged same rate as other gas stations. Later when we got the bill, there was a fuel option charge and he charged as the car rental for $42.99 per day! Be careful and make sure you are not being charged for something you did not sign up. Other than that, the staffs were friendly.

Quarter mile North to Ashby Bart
I turned my car in on Sunday to a office that was closed on the weekends so they checked it in on Monday. I was told when i picked it up i wouldn't be charged for the additional day. However when they called me to confirm the return they had charged me for it. I told the customer service lady this and she was very friendly and helpful and removed the charge for the extra day. I think it was just a honest mistake by the worker who checked in the vehicle. So i guess the short answer is no. Just be sure to double check with them.
There are a lot of variables in that question and the best way to get this question answered is to call them.
