I would not recommend anyone to move here. The staff at the leasing office are very unprofessional and does not take your concerns or complaints serious. They talk over you when your trying to have a conversation with them and basically they have a disconnected attitude. Their problem solving and compassion to help you and make your living experience worth while is very poor. Example I just moved in July 26th to a bottom level since moving in my neighbors above are intolerably makes noise constantly everyday and in the late hours of the night. I’ve contacted and emailed the office several times and called the police. Still currently today I’m dealing with the noise. To top it off they refused to give you any clarity or contacts for upper management. Since they are dragging their feet’s. Pretty much useless at this point. I’ve cried idk how many times because I have no peace in my home.They don’t respond to your emails in a timely manner as they read it and never respond until you follow up with them and states that they have read your email just haven’t gotten the chance to respond. Then when someone who is supposed to be handle your issues is out of the office. No one else can assist until that person comes back to the office. Which who knows when that is. I deserve peace in my own home these apartments aren’t cheap and I’m a first responder I need some peace and rest after a long day/week of work.

Let's see if things get any better. Ebony is no longer here. Hopefully they can HIRE someone that actually speaks to the residents. And maintains an OPEN DOOR POLICY. (With a mask of course) Also, maybe OPEN that OFFICE 5 DAYS a WEEK. One of the worst things she would do is NOT speak with the residents. All your complaints had one answer for every resident. CALL 911. you have a leak, call 911. Your A/C is out call 911. You have a problem with your neighbor's that should be handled by the MGR Ebony and or DULCE MARTINEZ. call 911. Then the Lying that EBONY and DULCE can pan out is just AMAZING. SO, let's see if DULCE MARTINEZ no longer has a NEED to lie. And FINALLY, BE HONEST IN DOING HER JOB. GOOD LUCK AND GOOD RIDDANCE. To Ms. Holmes. And GOOD LUCK TO DULCE who will BARE the BAD REVIWES if she does not wise up in doing her JOB. Cause EBONY HOLMES WONT BE THERE TO SAVE HER BAD WORK. They can THANK their FRIENDS FOR THE FEW GOOD REVIEWS THEY GOT.
