I just hate giving bad reviews, but this store deserves it. I would not come back to this store on a bet. I went through a huge disaster of a time getting my prescriptions. 4 yes 4 visits, and nothing but heartache. I had to keep calling my doctor and they would resend things but then they were too busy. I’ve never had the issues I’ve had here at any other pharmacy. I pay out of pocket $900 a month and that is cash this place will never get because of the old curmudgeon of a pharmacist there.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. 10 minutes wait at the photo department JUST FOR SOMEONE TO SHOW UP. It was at this store that I learned that if you push to "help" button at the counter which triggers the PA system, it will re-annouce that help is needed at the photo counter about every 60 seconds, and after the third announcement, the help button resets itself as if it were never pushed, requiring the customer to push it again for help. I went through THREE of these cycles. Multiple staff walked by without even so much as an acknowledgment or eye contact, completely ignoring the blaring PA system announcing that someone needed help at the photo counter. After finally being served at the photo counter, I went to use the restroom. There is a keypad lock on the restroom doors(!?!?). Is Daytona Beach that much of a slum full of derelicts that locks need to be installed on THE OUTSIDE OF restroom doors? I digress. I went back to ask the older female cashier up front for the code to get into the bathroom, and she told me in quite an unprofessional manner that she can't give it to me, rather, the person I had previously waited 10 minutes for to show up at the photo counter had to give it to me. Im not waiting another 10 minutes to use the restroom. I frequent Walgreens stores all throughout Florida every day as part of my job. This is by far the worst ran cluster you-know-what of a distaster operation that I have come across yet. If I were the District Manager, I would be embarrassed and likely make every attempt with the regional VP to transfer responsibility of this location to some other DM that everyone dislikes ... as a form of punishment.

This is my go to pharmacy, I find myself coming here often, good prices and great vibe from the people working there. The guy in the wheel chair is the best, very friendly.

My wife was happy when I bought her a bottle of Stella Rose that was on sale for a great price!
