Dr is ok but the staff is terrible; no follow thru not helpful

Dr. Payne is kind, and very respectful of your situation, and connects on a personal level with her clients. She helped me when I thought there wasn't any help left that I could find. She really helped me, when I didn't think it was possible. I wish I could talk to Dr Payne everyday, she has great listening skills and loves to communicate back with you. She's not all about the dollar, she deserves every red cent you owe, but she takes care of you through the hard times too. I love you Dr Payne and staff.

Quality care and genuinely vested interest doesn’t get “ANY” better! New to the area and while in the waiting room to check out local primary care doctors, a patient began raving about how absolutely wonderful caring Dr Payne is. Cancelled the paperwork submitted for a different doctor only hours earlier and went with Dr Payne instead. Feels like divine intervention. If you’re interested in maintaining quality of life while receiving sound advise then I recommend paying her a visit.
