Im pretty sure they can. Before going I would call and ask. But I'm pretty positive they can book you a trip to Walt Disney, they usually ask what's most important on your vacation and they try and accommodate all you request
Check the website and or call the information on said site,there should be help and or instructions in Spanish too.Try to get an agent to speak with directly. You might have to travel to the Amtrak station outside the city,best of luck,safe and happy travels.
