Requested upgrade of my pool pump and filter in May 2022 did not receive service until July 2022 Had to contact Goodall Pools numerous times by telephone and on Goodall Pools Site was told I would receive a callback by Manager in May 2022, never Received said Telephone call. Virtually all communication had to be initiated by me the "customer".
