Sorry I have to downgrade my review to the lowest star. BEWARE: The after-effects of my trade-in were terrible! I was told that two weeks after I sold my car to Subaru of Naples FL, Subaru sold that car. Then MA EZ PASS somehow linked me to that temporary license plate which was NEWLY issued to the NEW car owner (who I was told drove that car back to Maine) & now Massachusetts EZ PASS is charging me LATE FEES fees for that person going through MA EZ Pass WITHOUT paying! Subaru of Naples has given me no satisfactorily reason for this. It REFUSES to let me speak to Mr.Devoe the owner when I asked the receptionist to speak to him directly. Local FL DMV & TALLAHASSEE DMV told me today that FL NEVER linked to that temporary license plate to me.

As always they give the best customer service possible, even through this Cov19 times. Been a costumer for years. Everyone is polite, helpful, professional, no matter what the issue had been, they always been amazing. I can only say good things about their service department, always there to take care of any questions and your car. 😊 I will continue using them for all my car needs.

What an easy sales experience !! I just ordered my 2022 Subaru Wrx after a couple weeks of shopping around and deciding how I wanted to order the car. I was referred to Mario By one of my friends that had purchased from him in the past. Mario was absolutely phenomenal, easily the best salesmen I’ve had to work with. He treated me like a friend, was quick to answer any questions I had and wasn’t pushing or pressuring me to buy anything I wasn’t sure of. After having bad experiences with other local dealerships for rival brands such as Honda , this was a complete breathe of fresh air. Mario was very honest about everything and made the entire experience so stress-free and fun. I look forward to doing business with this dealership in the future , and will also tell my friends and family to go see Mario when they are in the market for a car !!
