Was excited to go and was very disappointed. It was my dad's birthday and his first time at a winery. I wish I took him to a different winery. Waitress was not attentive. Also the crackers served were not good. Inside very clean and outside was nice that's the only reason 2 stars given.

This post isn't about the wine and I'll never try it because I prefer Bordeaux's and burgundys and quality wine. This is about the owners. Never have I met more condescending and degrading people, most especially the bitter woman with her tacky classless personality. I was enjoying a lunch with my boyfriend at First and South when she rudely interrupted us and pushed passive aggressive questions my way (which assuming was in regards to our appearances) and said "marriage isn't in my vocabulary". Well honey I give your marriage a year because you are a nasty old hag. You didn't know me personally and now you know me my name is Elizabeth Fletcher I have my own company and reside in Southampton and Palm Beach and unlike you I wouldn't be treating other humans that way esp. when you are representing your own company's logo with your arrogant behavior. I kept my composure during my lunch but if I ever run into you again now you can be formally introduced by yours truly. Take care and keep drinking the afternoon bloody Mary's it looks like it's ages you pretty well!

Not early in the day. I would check the website for evening options. This is a good early stop as sparkling is good anytime of day.
Yes. Anything made outaide if the Champagne region of France is named somethong else. Sparkling Wine, persecco, etc.
Sparkling Pointe does not allow pets. You can find a listing of pet friendly wineries at www.liwines.com
No, there is a strict no outside food or beverage rule. There is however amazing food offered at the vineyard that pair very well will all our the wines available.
Well yes, but there isn't a specific grape just for champagne. Most commonly used varieties are Pinot Noir or Chardonnay, which are grown widely across all wine producing regions, and actually a blend of different grapes are usually used. But remember, champagne can only be produced in the Champagne region of France, anywhere else in the world, sparkling wine produced by the Method Champenoise is merely Sparkling Wine. Sparkling Pointe produce quite a good range of these.
