The worst dealer I have had to deal with so far. Contacted them about wanting to buy a used 2004 Avalanche, salesperson was great, after a couple of back and forth they sent me an OTD price, I agreed made arrangements bought a flight ticket ( I live in another state) and today after 3 days since we agreed on deal, I was just told that truck didn’t pass “safety” inspection. Won’t give me any details on “inspection” it’s a 2004 it is going to be registered in another state, I understand it will have some issues, anyways wasted my time and now I’m out $489. Not the way to do business.

As far as I know, you can call the dealer with your vehicles VIN number and pick up a spare with proof of ID and ownership. You'll still have to pay for the replacement key though.

They offer a full service, look for Carlos he is a knowledgeable young skillfull man who explain syntetic vs regular oil and help my desitions about my nissan. Will go back again to this dealer to get my car done once again. 😊 well done Carlos, give him a raise.
