Again what can u expect for the price Rooms were good they had a bed and ac $&@? Parking and equip litters the parking lot from either remodeling or the non local workers with big trucks and trailers All of that is forgive able except that they have no do not disturb signs for rooms and when they come into your room will reorganize and move your stuff around I had 4 items on the sink countertop and when I came back to my room half of my hygiene bag was emptied and placed up against the wall and mirror by the sink Why are they touching other peoples stuff

I stay in hotels ALL YEAR ROUND for work. I only leave reviews for 2 reasons...if the hotel was BAD all around and if I was pleasantly surprised by my experience. If I could give this property more than 5 stars I would. These guys have ample opportunity to jack up the price based on lack of options in the area. But they keep it reasonable. The owners are wonderful. Above and beyond is a MODEST way to put it. There are a lot of shopping options nearby, the hotel itself is kept clean as is the property. Internet is WONDERFUL. Do not believe a bad review about this place- i am not generous with a 5 star review, but this hotel deserves it

Surprising stay. Hotel completely renovated in 2019. Rooms were in great shape, mostly clean and comfortable for the price. Tile / vinyl floors. A little on the small side. Older hotel but cosmetics all updated. Pretty good value for the price. Beds were comfortable. Disappointed no breakfast offerings of any kind (October 2020). Coffee maker in room. Onsite Chinese restaurant, closed on Mondays

This is my 2nd time and last time staying in this place. There are no other hotels in the Houston area. The closest, decent hotel is about 30-40 minutes away which is a no go when visiting my family that stays in Houston and Woodland, MS. Our 1st time staying here was about 3 yrs ago and it was a basic hotel. Nothing to write home about -- clean room, we brought our own sheets and towels and didn't eat at the restaurant. Front desk was decent. This go round , not so much. The front area was obviously redone with apparently new management. Upon entering the room, I immediately looked around for cleanliness and I did not find it. I had to whip out my wipes and lysol and go to work. I ended up at Walmart (which is right next door) purchasing cleaning products and a mattress encasement and sheets (I forgot mine). We literally cleaned the entire room including the floors. It was beyond filthy! The toilet sat super low and the pressure was so high that water went everywhere everytime you flushed it. We had to keep towels around the bottom. The shower curtains were stained and don't get me started on the bed sets and mattresses (thus the encasement). If it was not for my immediate need to be near my family during this particular trip, I would have demanded my money back and stayed elsewhere. We could see that they had workers out doing touch ups and improvements; however, you still have to CLEAN! Especially in this time of a worldwide pandemic. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. You won't get a 3rd time, I guarantee!
