Got there at 8 am when they are supposed to be open…wasn’t able to walk in till 805..get in checked in and was sitting there. No one was at the front desk or even acknowledged me. 3 women were in there standing around talking. So finally one girl approaches asking if I was a walk in and I replied with yes..ok well you’re going to have to wait in your car there are people with appointments that are ahead of you you’ll go after them.. Meanwhile they were supposed to open at 8 o’clock and it was now at least 810 and no one was seen..very rude and unprofessional. I won’t be going back. Get better staff.

Went to get a covid test and the person (not the doctor) who administered the test was so rude and worked up throughout our time there. Doctor was super nice, liked how friendly he was. The person I called to follow up was not helpful at all either. They need serious training for staff.
