Best time to go is during past normal hours when you have to badge in. There will be zero to a few service members there with you. You'll enjoy peace and quiet. Just don't ego lift coz no one there will help you rack your weights. 😆

Better than Gaffney is all I have to say. Their hours are better and flexible. Only complaint is that while approaching summer I have noticed roaches in men's bathroom. Just make sure exterminators are taking care of that.
