My fiancé and I love smoothie king but this location has messed up our order a few times too many for us to ignore. My fiancé is very allergic to bananas and every single time we make sure to tell them that because it’s so commonly used. Today they gave him a smoothie with bananas in it, even after we requested PB instead bc of his allergy. He instantly started having an itchy throat, getting hives, and could feel an allergic reaction. Luckily, he only took one sip because anything else could have killed him. The girl at the desk said she didn’t put banana it in, which would only mean they’re not cleaning the machines properly. I would just avoid this location for sanitation and safety reasons.

Got two smoothies and they tasted like salt was used instead of sugar. I called the store and was told there’s nothing that can be done and there is no store manager. So I wasted $20 on smoothies I can’t drink. They didn’t sound apologetic at all. Hopefully, I haven’t been poisoned. *after this review I got an email saying I’d be receiving a gift card. Never came.

It’s a very clean organized establishment, they have an employee that really stood out to me with his service. He had a necklace with a cross on it he is the type of employee you’d love to have for your business. He was extremely respectful, professional and well mannered the entire interaction. Even when he wasn’t helping a client he was still professional and wasn’t on his phone or using profanity with other coworkers. As a business owner I notice these details at establishments and wanted to take a moment to let the franchise owner know he has a winner with him.

The Peanut Power shake was ON POINT! Good job to the gentleman who made that! the lady with blonde hair who took my order was just as sweet as she could be. But that manager……Gheeeez, somebody go give her a hug. She could use some TLC. She was miserable. Poor thing. I hope it gets better. Be blessed young lady. Smiles are free. 🙂
