The store customer service is very rude. The pharmacy supervisor Brittany has a really bad attitude. She lack customer service and refused to give the name of her supervisor. She gave me incorrect information then got upset when I tried to ask her why she gave me the wrong information . I definitely will not return to this store. They refuse to let you speak to a manager and do not answer the phone.

I bought a new Nintendo Switch last weekend, but was having issues with the joycons. Came in to replace it and asked if there was anyone who could help me with a data transfer. Isaiah took an hour is his time to help me properly set up my new switch, move my normal save data over, AND my animal crossing island! So kind and patient. THANK YOU

(Today, September 23rd, around 8:20) I was in the self checkout line, and requested cash back on the card reader. I turned around to ask one of the employees for it, because the machines don’t give cash back and an employee is required to get the cash out of the drawer on the bottom. I simply said “Hey-“ and got cut off by an female employee with big curly hair. She snapped “WE KNOW. GIVE US A SECOND.” I didn’t know how to react. I only said Hey. The other girl that was talking to her stopped, turned around, and politely gave me my cash back. I don’t know if she was having a bad day or what, but I have NEVER had such a rude experience at a target before.

A slightly more expensive and nicer alternative to Walmart. Employees are generally nice and helpful. Bathrooms struggle to stay clean and fresh which is expected in a high traffic store. Sells everything from housewares to produce. Has a small snack area and a Starbucks inside. Periodically you may find that the shelves are not fully stocked especially in the baby section. Use coupons and the Target Red Card for additional discounts.
