I’m tired of them shutting off the water without notice. They tried to say sometimes they have to do it without notice but they told one of my neighbors two days ago but didn’t send out a broadcast message like they are supposed to. The tree in my front yard is half dead and branches have broken off and damaged four different cars. The most recent damage was $3,000 to my brand new car. The manager said someone would be out to take care of the tree 2 months ago and no one has come. We had to trim the other tree that was dragging on our roof but can’t reach this other tree. The office manager said she didn’t know we were having tree problems. Well everyone in here has a tree problem, since they haven’t maintained the trees in years. They think they solved it because they came in here and had someone pick up the sticks and piles of branches we all have been collecting. Are they waiting for one to fall on someone’s house? They expect us to pay and keep our houses maintained but they can’t seem to hold up their end of the lease.
