The car wash stole my $6.00 in quarters and nobody is there to help or answers the phone.

$2.00, 8 quarters, to get the machine to start. So I put in 8 quarters but it didn't work, so I thought "ok, maybe I mis-counted, so I put another quarter in and off we went. 2 days later, after returning from a road trip, I came back and the same thing happened. It took 9 quarters to start the machine. I called the phone number that is clearly posted and it was not a working number. Very disappointed. There are other choices in the neighborhood.

Was my favorite go-to car wash for 20 years until the machine took my $8 and the car wash would not come on. Tried calling the number and it's disconnected. Went to the office on W. 34th for help and they no longer are affiliated with this location. Not tripping on the money, just would like for someone to reach out to me and give me a wash code.

I had a bad experience with the coin machine I put a dollar in there and it only gave me .75. Tried to call them and the number doesn't work and I tried to messenger them too and no response.
