Yes! Here's why: -Interest rates are higher (but still historically low!) and sellers are willing to "buy down" your interest rate with funds at closing. This will make your monthly programs more affordable. -less competition then there was in the spring, so you don't have to make a crazy offer to buy a house AND you can ask the seller to help with repairs -sellers are more willing to negotiate than in the spring and are helping buyers with their closing costs (usually 3-4% of the purchase price) -homes are staying on the market longer so you can see a house multiple times before making an offer
