I was waiting for that place for so long but I for sure will NEVER going back there. Me and my daughter went there. I'm from Europe I have been 3 times to Italy this is not even close to the Italian food. I've never had such a disgusting food. Not to mention that I had to remind to the waitress 3 times that I want water with no ice, she kept bringing water with ice. In the whole restaurant they had only 2 tables and I don't understand why it takes 40 minutes to the staff to take our order and another hour of waiting for the food, they don't even pay attention what you order. Also very very dirty inside. The quality food they serve is NOT worth the money for sure. The whole picture of my experience there was just ugly.

Normally I don't review badly but this was just disappointing, we had to wait more than half an hour for only 2 plates of pasta, on a Wednesday, 7pm, so rest almost empty, the ravioli was dry, like it was in the oven or something, the portions very small for a $20 plate... the service was good, the girls are very sweet. But I'm not going back.

Food is authentic and delicious! Restaurant is beautiful! Bar is large and has a beautiful piano. Best restaurant in Durbin, best Italian in Jax.
