Clean, quiet and beautiful apartments. Management is very easy to work with and are very fast at fulfilling maintenance requests. For the price and updated look, you can not compare to what else is available in the York area.

Dover Run Apartments are just beautiful! The rooms are spacious with cathedral ceilings and there are ceiling fans in the living room and the bedrooms that help you feel comfortable in conjunction with the great air conditioning/heating system . They have a nice size bar in the kitchen and a large kitchen pantry (in the 2 bedroom apt.) Plenty of storage and a nice size terrace to enjoy sitting outside and see the scenic countryside. There are walking trails and a clubhouse with a gym to work out in. Overall, a wonderful place to call home!

Having just moved back to York from living 30+ years in Minneapolis MN, I was worried I would not be able to find an affordable, modern, new apartment, as York is not exactly, "the big city" lol. A quick google search later and Dover Run blew my mind! Perfect location, VERY modern, new smart-appliances, usb outlets, and the manager, Melanie, handled my move-in making the process a dream! Everything about Dover Run, even the price, is awesome and I highly recommend checking it out! 2022 UPDATE: Still here and feel the same way :)
