NYNY is a high-end salon, but still warm and so welcoming. Lacey is the best stylist I've ever known - she is so educated and understands hair!! She always helps me decide what's best and my hair comes out perfect every time. Her balayage and blonde work is art, but she does everything you could imagine. Highly recommend NYNY and Lacey!

If you enjoy inexperienced students playing with your hair like a toddler and painting half your scalp black then do come to NY NY salon, so you can pay $200 to have water sprayed in your face during the wash, and your hair pulled every different direction while you try to relax and enjoy your alone time and last but not least speak to the manager and owner who don't care about your experience at all but will take your money no matter what type of "service". Their employees choose to give you. I will not be back to this greedy excuse for a salon who blatantly chooses to not put the guest first. You are snakes.
