Its a automated system with a person that pre washed the areas the wash doesnt get and the vacumes are free but u have to do it yourself, the works with everything they offer (hot wax,tireshine,exc) should be around $17-20
I believe it is..the last time we went there it was a Sunday afternoon..but that was the week before Christmas when we were down to the condo.
