Went to buy a Fumar disposable on a Mon night and when I first put it to charge on Wed night it doesn’t charge and it’s starting to taste a little burned just 2 days in ( not my fault, faulty from the factory) . First thing next morning I go back to exchange the disposable for a different one, but no, I couldn’t. “It’s been too long” that’s exactly what the rep said “my manager would have said the same thing”. Usually every time I buy a Fumar or an Elfbar, they last anywhere from 3 weeks - 1 month. Sooooo, I’m to blame for a faulty product that didn’t even last me 3 days? He didn’t make a effort to check my disposable or even call his manager like he could telepathically communicate with the manager. I literally threw the vape in the trash and took my leave. I AM NEVER STEPPING IN THAT STORE AGAIN. There are plenty of other smokeshops around with better customer service that don’t discriminate customers because “3 days it’s been too long. Horrible experience. I would much rather have spent the $22 on gas rather than the vape. Would have lasted longer than 3 days anyways.
