My grandfather came to Imperial as a patient. As both an employee of Imperial and a caring granddaughter, I would not have had my grandfather anywhere else. The staff here tend to the patients as if they were their own family members. All of administration are very involved with the patients and residents day to day, and are very creative when it comes to making sure they have the best quality of life possible. I am beyond grateful to have had my grandfather spend some of his last days here, receiving the care and compassion he so deserved.

I was so happy to see the transformation in the way my dad Andrew looked and sounded. I am amazed at all that is being done for my dad at 93. He look refreshed, and I would tell others about Imperial. Thank you to the nurses and staff for helping me see my dad how well cared for and loved he is. Puts my mind at ease. Also the cleaning is impeccable. I have never seen the rooms and floors in front looks so good. Sharon

My pop pop was admitted here after a hospital stay for rehabilitation purposes. The staff was beyond warm & welcoming. They made him feel as close to home as possible and were super accommodating. I would recommend this place to anyone as nursing/rehabilitation facilities aren’t the best now a days. Imperial was perfect!
