Update: I’ve got my six suitcases three days before the due date! The covers were totally dirty, but my personal things were 100% safe and that’s what matters for me! Some people complain that they deliver earlier, but understand that they give you an estimated date, meaning, you can get it delivered UNTIL that due date and not ON that date! ………… ShipGo is AMAZING! They have a very effective customer service, the staff is always willing to help, they are extremely organised and everything is so crystal clear that I’m feeling so in peace to just open ShipGo app and get updates about my luggage that’s already “travelling” to my destination :) Yes, that simple! Their app is so simple to use! You can do all the process by yourself and follow up with their amazing staff! Their response is impressive! They ALWAYS answer so fast with a solution to your doubt/issue :) I received the tags at my door and I didn’t even need to add my extra tags, cause they already do that! And the best: they have incredible prices! I’m SO happy to have found this company! 🥰❤️

This is a company whose business model is centered on customer service. I have called in a few times to speak to a customer service agent to get information about their services. Today, I decided to pull the trigger and arrange for our luggage to be transported to our holiday and called to make all the arrangements. I had the pleasure of working with Lisa L. Lisa is a great Brand Ambassador for ShipGo.

Very disappointed. Terrible service. Don't use them. Be aware !!! Overseas vacation was ruined. Luggage arrived at our destination and set at the airport for 5 days before our arrival. Customs would not release it because of ShipGo's incompetence. Paperwork was not complete. Daily calls with no help except for constant runaround, mixed messages and false promises. No clothes to wear. Staff eventually offered to reimburse us if we go out and buy clothes. Eventually, after getting their act together and paperwork, the luggage arrived, unfortunately close to the end of the trip. Now chief refuses to reimburse us, as promised and only offering us $200. Will get our attorney and regulatory board to look into their business practice.
