CAUTION STAY AWAY WORST PLACE EVER!!!! I’ve lived here for five years and ever since I’ve moved in early of 2019 the HEAT has been a MAJOR problem. In my building (18) and they replaced the Boiler two years ago with a brand new one and last winter I lost heat for at least 30 days during the winter they wait to turn on the heat until the beginning of November is what I was told cause they wait until the temperature is below 50 degrees this time of year I was also told that this is there start up time and they need to replace a part on a two year old boiler?? Plus I have hot water?? Which is strange?? I pay over price for a small apartment 800sq ft and theirs no washer and dryer and no heat no stainless steel appliances. When I moved in I had to kill 7 mice underneath the the dishwasher. I’ve heard that some apartments have Ants and Roaches. I’ll be filling a formal Complaint to Corporate and to the Housing authorities RENT BEWARE HERE ITS NOT WORTH IT

It’s a great place, I give it 4 stars because the units lack a private w/d (very inconvenient) and they only have trash receptacles emptied once a week. Definitely not enough, so trash overflows making it appear trashy. Personnel is friendly and attentive, any rare occasion that you need anything they are quick to respond. I would definitely recommend this place.

I have lived here for 2 years & am very pleased with living in an apartment after owning a home for 40+ years & all that goes with that. So glad not to have to worry about repairs, lawn maintenance, snow removal, etc. They are right on top of it. The office staff is friendly & professional. Kudos to Caitlyn & her staff!
